While we offer a variety of baked goods, including some allergen-friendly options, our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 In-Store Purchases
All purchases must be paid for at the time of ordering. We accept:

2.2 Special Orders & Custom Cakes
- Orders for custom cakes, bulk orders, or specialty items must be placed at least [X] days in advance.

3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item or quality concerns), please notify us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the store.
